Here are a few titles (in no particular order) to look for the next time you rent or buy some porn videos:
Blue Movie
This is the porn movie I show to people who have never seen any good porn before. Starring Jenna Jameson, Stephen St. Croix and Jeanna Fine, this surreal feature film from Michael Zen is smart and sexy.
Orgasmatic
My favorite gonzo video (though most of Seymore Butts’ movies are really good), this one stars Alisha Klass and friends having some of the most amazing orgasms you’ve ever seen.
Night Trips
The first porn film directed by Andrew Blake, this classic delivers a dreamy series of sex scenes that straddle the line between an erotic fashion magazine photo shoot and hardcore porn.
The Fashionistas
The best porn movie ever made came out just two year's ago. Written and directed by John Stagliano (also known as Buttman), this four and a half hour sexual odyssey stars Rocco Siffredi, Belladonna, and Taylor St. Claire. The film features pretty good acting, a servicable plot, and some of the best S/M and fetish sex scenes ever shot. This is not porn for beginners, but it's worth watching as much porn as you need to get your libido up to speed to enjoy this video.
Shane's World Series
These videos show us cute men and women going on sexy weekend adventures. After seeing how much fun Shane and her friends have, you might wish you were slutty enough to try some of these things when you were in college. I can’t recommend these enough. The first seven editions are the ones that have Shane in them, so start with those.
Briana Loves Jenna
This was the best selling video title of 2002, and it is incredible! The great music and artsy MTV-style video effects draw you into the action in a way few porn movies do. Starring Jenna Jameson (The Greatest Porn Star In The World!) and Briana Banks, this is a video for couples, as long as you both like watching sex that isn't always polite.
Café Flesh
This is a post-apocalyptic science fiction movie that weaves hardcore sex into the plot. Easily the coolest porn video ever made.
Evil Pink
Belladonna (the greatest porn star in the world) directs and stars in this amazing video. The scene with Cytherea alone has convinced more women to enjoy porn than anything else I've shown.
Unreal
Director Antonio Passolini has a unique style - visually smart without sacrificing heat. This movie has a trippy plot, and features the amazing Chloe. No porn star comes harder.
Fresh Meat Series
I think John Leslie is the best director in porn, and this series features some of his best work. His innovative (and artistic) camerawork lets you experience the sex from multiple points of view. Of the 18 editions produced so far, I recommend getting the one starring the women that you find the most attractive.
Marissa
Director Paul Thomas has won more AVN awards (the Oscars of the porn world) than anyone. His features are usually shot on film, not video, and have better acting and scripts than most porn. Cassidey, Sydney Steele and Lexington Steele (no relation) keep the sex hot, too.
Natural Tease
Former porn star Jill Kelly directs four hot couples, each scene telling the story of their sex act from start to finish. You can feel the chemistry between these people. Unfortunately, the music is noticeably bad. Worth watching, though I prefer to turn the sound off and play better music.
One Size Fits All
My favorite Candida Royalle production. The fun, sexy cast (especially the scene with Missy and Mark Davis) makes this a great video to watch alone or with your partner.
Opening of Misty Beethoven
A retelling of the Pygmalion story that replaces the original’s setting of British society with sexually sophisticated jet-setters of the 1970's. This is my favorite movie from the Golden Age of Porn. Great sex, great acting, and the beautiful Constance Money.
Tristan Taormino's Ultimate Guide to Anal Sex for Women, Part 1
Tristan Taormino, sex columnist for the Village Voice, made this video as a companion to her book of the same name. Combining an incredible cast having a great time with a little anal sex education, this is one of my favorites.
